PRINTCASE EXPRESS — Izveido savu telefona dizainu 3 minūtēs

1. Subject of the Agreement

SIA "AIOO Latvia" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) sells and delivers goods to the Buyer in accordance with the order placed by the Buyer in the online store www.printcase.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Store). These terms are an integral part of the distance contract.

2. Placing an Order

The Buyer places an order by selecting goods, adding them to the cart, and filling out the order form. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the Buyer has paid for the order.

3. Prices and Payment Procedure

All prices in the Store are indicated in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery costs are indicated separately. Payment is made at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered in the Store. More information in the section Payment.

4. Delivery Terms

Goods are delivered to the Omniva parcel machine specified by the Buyer within the territory of Latvia. The estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days after receipt of payment for the order. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control. More information in the section Delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Since our phone cases are printed with the Buyer's unique design, they are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If a manufacturing defect is found in the product, the Buyer has the right to request an exchange of the product or a refund. More information in the section Returns.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the law.
